3Usability in website design is very important ,a  unusable or confusing website will not keep your visitors attention. It's important to make sure the website is readable and easy to navigate, for example if you build a website with its main purpose is to sell products then you will be losing business. Your visitors should easily be able to contact you without confusion, and they should know exactly where to go for your contact information. In the Internet world usability is a necessary for success to occur, because if it's difficult to use then your visitors will leave. The first law of e-commerce is that if users cannot find the product, they cannot buy it either.
