What are some of the key elements of a successful social accountability program, and how can organizations ensure they effectively communicate their commitment to social responsibility to stakeholders? 
3. What is artificial intelligence (AI), and what are some ways it is being used in HR? What are some of the benefits and challenges associated with AI in HR, and how can organizations ensure that they use AI ethically and responsibly? 
4. How can organizations prepare for the impact of some of the emerging issues you read this week on their HR practices and policies? What are some of the best practices for staying up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies, and how can organizations ensure that they are able to adapt to changing circumstances?
