The final project for N525PE Human Resource Management has to do with mentoring.  Mentoring is receiving much discussion, is being recognized for its importance in the workplace, and many forward-thinking employers are adding it to their repertoire.  There are many benefits of having a mentoring program within the workplace.  Here are a few of the tangible benefits:

 For your final project, you are to design a mentoring program for new employees.  The plan should be thorough and well thought out, with at least one barrier to implementation identified and discussed as part of an implementation plan.  The written paper should be no less than five pages and a minimum of six references.  The plan should be turn-key and ready to be implemented.

 

All nursing students are required to submit their Final Project by end of Module 7.  Please use the rubric below to help you complete this assignment.
