User Persona, getting to know your target audience and the mindset, channels,
content that resonates with them in-order to grow your base, drive more website
viewership, and lastly hopefully get them to convert on the goals of your site.
With that said, please identify your target audience (keep in mind it can be
multiple types), communicate your goals of the site, where and how you will
gauge conversion/performance, and lastly your 1st pass at the digital strategy
to drive your goal. I would check out the Marketing Plan chart by the book’s
author but don’t let that limit you to key web sources mentioning in the
syllabus.
Format: Personas (1-page each), Goals of Site and Identifying the
conversion/performance (1-2 pages), and lastly your strategy (1-2 pages) but as
this class in entrepreneurial, if you wanted to make a presentation on how your
site will grow that is fine, written format, diagrams or infographics as well
