Review the new information on Melissa's case. She has seen a doctor and has been diagnosed with iron deficient anemia. The doctor has recommended iron supplements, which cost approximately $50 a month, without a prescription. She has not yet purchased them. 

For this assignment, we will revisit The Heights to continue helping Melissa, this time with our newly acquired skills and ability to work with her as a medical social worker.

Melissa had an appointment scheduled for a follow up examination but cancelled the appointment. You are the social worker in the doctor’s office.
