Business Plan Template and Instructions.

For the final project, the group will create a business plan. To keep it simple, the group will select from the following businesses:

Use the topics that I have shown below in creating this business plan. Many of these topics were taken from the Small Business Association website. The groups will identify a business, work collectively to create this plan and research the topics below in the template.

A group project is one of the most requested assignments that Corporate America demands today. This is because everyone must work together to achieve organizational goals.

Tell your reader how your company will be structured and who will run it. ( CFO will run it)

Departmental divisions may include Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, depending on the business needs.

What type of legal entity will the business be? it's a Partnership

Complete the Certificate of Formulation based on the type of business entity the business will be.

Also, use an organizational chart to lay out who's in charge of what in your company. Show how each person's unique experience will contribute to the success of your venture. Consider including resumes and CVs of key members of your team.

Company description

Use your company description to provide detailed information about your company. Go into detail about the problems your business solves. Be specific, and list out the consumers, organizations, or businesses your company plans to serve.

Explain the competitive advantages that will make your business a success. Are there experts on your team? Have you found the perfect location for your store? Your company description is the place to boast about your strengths.
