Overview

Many scholars write in journals, reflecting on their actions and decisions in their leadership roles. These reflections allow leaders to revisit their choices and learn how to improve their actions and decisions to become more effective leaders in the future. Reflecting on prior decisions is critical to learning success.

Directions

For this assignment, you will reflect on your four-part project and uncover what worked well and what areas you struggled with.

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

1. Successes: Determine what worked well.

What to Submit

Write a 1-page reflection on the four-part project, download your completed work, and submit it in Brightspace for instructor feedback. You should write using a professional voice, and any sources should be cited according to APA style. Your assignment must be between 300 and 500 words in length with 12-point Times New Roman font, double spacing, and one-inch margins.
