Project 3Last week, you delivered your presentation to the leadership team outlining different methods.  Your presentation was so good that you have been moved to 1 of 5, and you will proceed to the next level. Congratulations!!!!!Yesterday you received a call, they asked you to come back for another round of questions. Don’t worry, you are ready for anything!!!!You have been assigned as a new consultant leading a project to build a project management process for an organization.  You are asked to prepare a presentation on this thing called “Hybrid”, and “Waterfall.” they want to understand the following:(a)What is it?(b)What are the benefits of using a Hybrid over another methodology?(c)What characteristics exist in a Hybrid methodology?(d)What are the benefits of a Waterfall Methodology?

2. This is to be in narrative form and should be as thorough as possible.
3. You will need to submit a PowerPoint presentation 
4. Times New Roman 12-pt font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins
5. Utilizing at least one outside scholarly or professional source related to project management. The textbook should also be utilized.
6. Do not insert excess line spacing.
7. APA formatting and citation should be used.
