Scenario

In your role as Operations Learning Experience Designer, you have been tasked with creating an Infographic that will be used in new-hire onboarding. The Learning Experience team wants to ensure that each new hire and existing employee understands how an organization can use a supply chain strategy to increase profitability and sustainability. You will need to research the best practices in the industry for supply chain strategies that deal with profitability and sustainability.

Get as creative as possible, and design a well-organized, easy to understand infographic. You can visit Piktochart, Canva, Venngage, and Visme online for infographic examples, tips on how to create them, and templates. Be sure to include at least 3 scholarly references.
